JOTS HOA Construction Services is a full service construction company and general contractor servicing from offices in Southern California since 2004. JOTS HOA Construction Services understands the challenge of initiating a construction project from inception to completion. All projects require leadership and a coordinated, knowledgeable team — one that takes into account every aspect of the project. As the owner’s representative, we manage every step of the project — from cost estimating, general contracting and management to final completion of the construction or renovation.

With our vast experience in all phases of construction, JOTS HOA Construction Services is well suited to assume the tasks of General Contractor on any project including renovations and new construction. Acting as General Contractor (GC), we are responsible for all components of the on-site construction process. Each of our team members is an expert in their respective trade. As General Contractor, we are diligent about completing projects on schedule and within budget. Our experience brings a level of leadership to oversee every aspect of the project and we are on site from the beginning through to completion.
